  • 7-Day Return Policy:
    • You may return any product purchased from Gleamora.in within 7 days from the date of delivery.


  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
    • Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
    • Imitation jewelry items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.


  • Initiating a Return:
    • To initiate a return, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8980247364 or email us at hello@gleamora.in within the stipulated return period.
    • Please provide your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable) for our reference.


  • Return Process:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the item from your provided address.
    • In case reverse pickup is not possible from our side, the customer will need to send back the shipment to the address provided by our team.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent any damage during transit.


  • Refund or Exchange:
    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
    • If you opt for a refund, we will require your bank details or UPI ID to initiate the refund process after we receive the product back at our warehouse.


  • Deduction for Return Charges:
    • A return charge of Rs. 150 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping and processing costs.


  • Exceptions:
    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
    • Items purchased during promotional events or clearance sales may be eligible for return under certain conditions, as specified at the time of purchase.
